Can jewelry not purchased from Marry Me be repaired?
Jewelry purchased elsewhere may be submitted for assessment and possible repair, subject to physical inspection. We will tell you honestly if it is not something we can work on.
Is the photo assessment a final quotation?
No. The photo review is free and preliminary. The final price and timeframe are only confirmed after we inspect the piece in person.
How long does a repair take?
TODO (policy): standard turnaround ranges are confirmed after inspection and are not published here until Marry Me confirms them. Your estimate will state the expected timeframe for your specific repair.
What happens if additional damage is discovered?
We stop, contact you, and send a revised estimate as a new version. Work only continues once you approve the revised estimate.
Can every piece be repaired?
No. Some damage, wear, or construction cannot be repaired safely. The inspection tells us for certain, and we will explain the options.
How is my jewelry protected while in Marry Me’s care?
Your piece is logged against your private repair reference, its intake condition is recorded, and it is handled by our workshop team. Your contact details and photos are never shown publicly.
What should I bring when submitting the piece?
Bring the item itself and, if you have it, any Marry Me order number. A description of when the problem started is helpful. You do not need the original box or papers.
Are cleaning and inspection available separately?
Yes. You can request cleaning and polishing on its own. Select “Cleaning and polishing” as the repair needed when you request an assessment.
